Hispanic Homeownership Forum and Celebration in Las Vegas

Are you interested in enabling homeownership among the growing Hispanic population in Nevada?  USDA Rural Development is too, and we invite you to join the Nevada Rural Housing Authority, and other homeownership service and mortgage providers in a morning of education and celebration on June 27 at the Historic Fifth Street School, 401 S. Fourth Street in downtown Las Vegas.

8:30 a.m.—For agencies, nonprofits and credit counseling organizations:  Partner Session with special guest–USDA’s Housing Program Director Tony Hernandez.

9:30 a.m. –For everyone- especially homebuyers: Listening Session (In English and en Español) for homebuyers and real estate professionals to help improve the home buying experience.

11:00 a.m. –Everyone is invited to participate in the Homeownership celebration at 11 a.m, celebrating  the premiere of USDA Rural Development’s  Mi casa en rural Nevada” homeownership education video series.   Please see the invitation below for details, and please RSVP to jenifer.taylor@nv.usda.gov . You are welcome to forward this invitation to homebuyers, realtors, lenders, and non-profit agencies working to support homeownership in the Hispanic community.
