Tis the season for beer festivals and the like. My personal favorite is Oktoberfest. I like the German food. Turns out that beer is very popular not only in the U.S. and Europe, but all around the world.
Beer is the world’s most widely consumed alcoholic beverage, and is the third-most popular drink overall, after water and tea.

The United States continues to be a leader in beer consumption by total volume second only to China. Way to go China! However, The United States is way down at number 16 in gallons consumed per capita, which is about 20 gallons per person annually. #Slippin
