Jacki Ramirez is the engine of the company, managing client relationships and internal operations for Ramirez Group. She combines her experience in the private and public sector to provide the highest level of professional service to our clients.
Jacki began her career working in the office of her family’s businesses, Frost-Air Inc, Frost Construction and Accutemp Manufacturing. Through the companies’ 25-year span and their several expansions, Jacki not only learned business development and procurement, but also good business sense and the importance of community. Her parents were founding members of the Las Vegas Latin Chamber of Commerce in the 1970s, and the entire family remains actively involved to this day.
Prior to starting Ramirez Group, Jacki served as Leadership Programs Manager for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, now known as the Metro Chamber, for several years. She was responsible for managing three of the Chamber’s prestigious leadership programs and the nearly 80 volunteers it took to run programmatic activities. Jacki also served as a Regional Representative to U.S. Senator Harry Reid for nearly a decade, during which she led community outreach to the Latino, Women and Small Business communities.
Currently, Jacki serves on the board of National Association of Women Business Owners Southern Nevada (NAWBOSNV), and is President of the Downtown Professional District, a business neighborhood association of the City of Las Vegas.
When Jacki is not busy helping clients, volunteering for community organizations, and growing her business, she spends time with her loving and amazingly supportive husband, a super energetic daughter, three dogs and three highly entertaining fish.
