Ramirez Group Adds New Talent to Roster
As firm nears four years in the industry, it prepares to take on new opportunities and challenges
LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Ramirez Group, Southern Nevada’s only Hispanic-owned, full-service public relations firm, announces today several new hires that will propel the company to new heights as it nears its fourth year in the industry.
“We are pleased to announce that State Senator Ruben Kihuen has joined our team,” President Andres Ramirez said. “Ruben has a long history of working with us on various projects, and he is an expert on reaching and communicating with Hispanic communities. He’s a good fit for our team.”
Kihuen will focus on further developing the company’s corporate and community relations.
Ramirez Group has also added Vivek Subramanian and Janet Quintero as Associates.
A globetrotting strategist originally from Washington, D.C., Subramanian will add to the company’s cultural communications and business outreach efforts.
Quintero has been with Ramirez Group since 2013 as an Exchange Enrollment Facilitator with Nevada Health Link. While continuing her Enrollment Assister duties, she will also concentrate on projects targeting youth and Hispanics.
Ramirez Group opened a new office in Reno earlier this year, further solidifying its status as a statewide organization.
Specializing in public relations, advocacy and multicultural outreach, Ramirez Group counts among its clients Southern Nevada Strong, Nuestro Rio and Nevada Health Link.
The diverse and experienced team provides a broad range of services, including media and campaign strategy, conference and events planning, issue advocacy and political campaigns, digital media and online organizing, fundraising and database management, research and analysis and direct marketing.
Jacki and Andres Ramirez, both former staffers for U.S. Senator Harry Reid, established Ramirez Group in 2011. What started as a small, three-person firm doing Hispanic outreach has become a statewide enterprise working on some of the most high-profile projects in Nevada and the Southwest.
